Her start in real estate came with a position with the famed Related Company and became their top sales executive on Miami Beach. Sandra speaks five languages and found the diverse environment of Miami a place she could call home. After meeting her husband Randy Fiorenza, she continued to immerse herself in travel, culture and philanthropy. Sandra and Randy Fiorenza developed several luxury properties on Fisher Island, Greenwich Ct, Coral Gables, and a 124 unit hotel/condo in Ft. Lauderdale called “The Atlantic”, a five-star hotel managed by Starwood under the Luxury Collection Brand. Recently, Sandra sold two mansions in flamboyant Gables Estates that her husband Randy and her developed and built from ground up.

Sandra’s European pedigree, sophisticated background, and international connections made her an instantaneous success in the South Florida luxury real estate market.

To complete her fascinating story, Sandra is a seasoned equestrian, a Miami fashion icon and philanthropist, along with being wife and mother to three incredible teenagers. With $530 million in total career sales and $30 million just in 2022, she is one of Miami’s highest-grossing residential agents, a testament to her thoughtful and personalized approach to providing her clients insights into the market.

Giving back to the community she serves is a priority for Sandra. Her philanthropy is an essential ingredient of her lifestyle – it’s as habitual and intrinsic as her love of music, travel, sports, and bespoke entertainment.

As for hobbies, Sandra “loves creating opportunities for people, especially children, and making education, healthcare, and alternative medical therapies more accessible,” she says. Her philanthropic resume also boasts numerous fundraising events for the University of Miami Jackson Health System and Give Back to Special Equestrians, a non-profit organization providing therapeutic horseback riding for children and veterans with physical, emotional, and mental disabilities. In October 2020, Rolls-Royce Motor Cars generously donated to a Give Back to Special Equestrians and honored Sandra as a “Phantom Phenom,” a distinction awarded to just nine patronesses around the country, for being a role model – an exceptional woman who is at the apex of her profession, a philanthropic leader, and a cutting-edge entrepreneur.

Sandra Fiorenza cut her path in real estate on Miami Beach and acclaimed playground of the wealthy, Fisher Island. Fisher Island ranks as #1 in high-end luxury real estate in the region and boasts more billionaires per capita in all of Florida. Sandra knowing the desirability of Fisher Island, purchased an apartment in 1998. Over 23 years later, Sandra has bought, sold, gutted, designed, redesigned and resold many apartments on this exclusive address because of its high investment value and luxury lifestyle. This experience has given Sandra first-hand knowledge of the market, the buildings and amenities in forensic detail. Sandra understands yacht dockage at the acclaimed Vanderbilt Marina as a result of owning a 73 foot Princess Motor Yacht herself. Sandra is an all-around sportswoman and champion Equestrian and she enjoys golfing at the Links FI Golf course, a P.D. Dye-designed nine-hole luxury course, and plays tennis at one of the 17 lighted grass or clay courts as part of their tennis club.
